1. Seating Licenses & Account Management

Customers purchase monthly or annual seating licenses that authorize designated corporate employees ("Standard Members") to access the service. Workspace Admins retain complete administrative control over user seats, domain filter policies, and Stripe billing configurations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including Google Workspace SSO logins. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches regarding your workspace.

2. Third-Party CRM Service Integrations & Credentials

Rendeal AI Deal Creator is designed to integrate seamlessly with third-party Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") systems, including HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and Zendesk Sell.

By connecting your CRM account to Rendeal, you grant us secure, encrypted OAuth permission to access, query, read, and write data to your CRM database on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining active, valid subscriptions and access credentials for your third-party CRM systems.
• You comply with all terms, policies, and developer guidelines of your connected CRM provider.
• We store your CRM OAuth refresh tokens securely using AES-256 encryption. We never share these credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Rendeal acts as an automated pipeline bridging agent. We are not responsible for how your CRM structures fields, resolves records, or handles duplicate records.

3. Artificial Intelligence Engine Sub-processors

To provide cognitive analysis, sentiment evaluation, contact parsing, and automatic deal valuation, Rendeal AI Deal Creator routes raw, in-memory email data strings to secure third-party Artificial Intelligence ("AI") sub-processors.

These sub-processors currently include Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini), DeepSeek APIs, OpenAI Enterprise, and Anthropic Claude. By using Rendeal, you acknowledge and agree that: (Note: For users on specific host networks like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, email data is routed directly and exclusively to the native cloud AI services of their respective platform—e.g., Google Gemini for Gmail users—and is completely bypassed from other third-party engines to comply with native platform privacy constraints).

• Your transactional data is handled under strict enterprise Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that prohibit these AI model providers from storing, persisting, or utilizing your parsed email text to train public large language models.
• All email text is processed ephemerally in volatile RAM buffers and is permanently deleted the moment the parse response is compiled and transmitted to your sidebar.
• We make no guarantees regarding the 100% precision of AI extraction. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and editing all mapped fields in the Gmail sidebar panel before clicking "Sync".

4. Payments, Stripe Billing, & Subscription Lifecycle

Subscription management, plan seating, and invoice generation are handled securely via our third-party payment gateway, Stripe, Inc.

All subscription charges are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your plan. Seating licenses are dynamic; adding new seats will result in a prorated charge for the remaining duration of your current billing cycle. Reducing seats will reflect as a credit on your next recurring invoice. All sales are final, and we do not issue refunds for partial months or unused seats.

5. Developer Webhooks & Dynamic API Connectors

For sales teams integrating custom webhooks or automated cognitive triggers, Rendeal provides secure webhook emission streams. Developers utilizing these features are strictly required to:

• Verify the integrity of every payload by validating the custom HMAC signature using the SHA-256 algorithm and the webhook secret key provided in your dashboard.
• Ensure their endpoint is protected against malicious injection, rate-limiting spam, and brute-force replay attacks.
• Compromise of custom webhook secret keys must be reported immediately to ensure secure system rotation.

6. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Outages

IN NO EVENT SHALL PURE IDENTITY LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
• ANY DISRUPTIONS, DATA LOSS, RECORD DELETIONS, DUPLICATE ENTRIES, OR METADATA CORRUPTION WITHIN YOUR CONNECTED CRM SYSTEMS (HUBSPOT, ZOHO CRM, ZENDESK SELL, ETC.).
• ANY SERVICE DOWNTIME, API DEPRECIATIONS, OR AUTHENTICATION FAILURES ORIGINATING FROM GOOGLE WORKSPACE API SUITE OR STRIPE GATEWAY.
• ERRONEOUS OR ACCIDENTAL PIPELINE CORRUPTIONS STEMMING FROM INCORRECT AI PARSING OR STAKEHOLDER ALLOCATION.

Rendeal is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Account Terminations & Prompt Injection Bans

We reserve the right to suspend, freeze, or permanently terminate your workspace connection at any time, with or without notice, if we discover breaches of this agreement.

Specifically, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy against malicious prompt injection attacks, LLM jailbreak attempts, or unauthorized vulnerability scans aimed at extracting the system instruction variables or backend API infrastructure.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions or disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of California.
