Fair Use Policy

To preserve low model latency, enforce cost protection, and guarantee high availability across our hybrid multi-model LLM mesh infrastructure, Rendeal enforces a strict Fair Use Policy maintained by Pure Identity Ltd.

1. Plan Quotas & AI Allocations

  • Standard Member Seats: Limited to 300 AI model parsing requests per purchased seat per billing month.
  • Standard Member Free Syncs: Users on free/unpaid staging seats are restricted to a maximum of 5 CRM deal syncs per calendar month with basic CRM mapping support.
  • Quota Reset Schedule: Seat ledgers automatically reset at the start of each billing period (or calendar month depending on seat type).

2. Rate Limiting Framework

Requests to our `/api/v1/addon-handshake` and `/api/v1/addon-handshake/sync` endpoints are throttled using custom sliding-window limiters to safeguard backend compute capacity.

Scripted or automated bots designed to trigger Add-on executions outside normal human operation are explicitly banned.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to temporarily throttle or permanently suspend user accounts that systematically attempt to bypass quotas, trigger anomalous API surges, or abuse concurrent model sessions.
